I will overwhelm 'legitimate fighter' Jake Paul - Anthony Joshua
The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight round match which will be broadcast in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "defeat" the American as the two fighters met personally to build hype for the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Ex two-time world title holder Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to break his face and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," Joshua, 35, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to genuinely try to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Civil Interaction
In spite of such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically known for his showmanship - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked ex Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "a joke" after Ngannou rejected a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, criticized British opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a large bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer said.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of saying he intends to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mostly fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in 2023.

Still, the novice remains one of boxing's greatest financial successes, consistently making massive earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old forecast a KO victory in rounds four or five and claimed he would derail the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly under discussion for two years from now.
"It will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
